OUR SERVICES

Indepedent File Reviews

Our independent specialists review medical records, clinical notes, and supporting evidence to deliver clear, defensible opinions on diagnosis, causation, treatment appropriateness, and functional capacity.

What is a file review?

A File Review is a comprehensive analysis of a client’s medical records conducted without a physical examination.

This process is ideal for cases where an in-person assessment is unnecessary, offering a cost-effective and timely solution without compromising the quality and integrity of the assessment.

Types of reviews we offer

Standard File Review

A thorough evaluation of medical records to provide expert opinions on various aspects of a case, such as injury causation, treatment appropriateness, and prognosis.

Blind File Review

A thorough evaluation of medical records to provide expert opinions on various aspects of a case, such as injury causation, treatment appropriateness, and prognosis.

Peer File Review

An evaluation conducted by a medical professional within the same specialty to ensure the accuracy of diagnoses and treatment plans.

Agile File Review

A rapid review process delivering responses within 72 hours, suitable for cases requiring prompt insights.
