DR MICHAEL CORONEOS’ SUMMARY

Dr Michael Coroneos is a senior and experienced Neurosurgeon trained in Brisbane and Edinburgh. He holds a plethora of specialist qualifications in Neurosurgery from both countries. He is pleased to see claimants with neurosurgical conditions including lumbar conditions (e.g. sciatica, radiculopathy), cervical conditions (e.g. brachial neuralgia, radiculopathy), brain conditions (e.g. brain tumours, cerebral bleeds, hydrocephalus, stroke), pain conditions (e.g. trigeminal neuralgia, neuropathic pain), spinal tumours (both benign and malignant) and peripheral nerve entrapments (e.g. carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy, meralgia paraesthetica etc). 

Among other committees, Dr Coroneos is on the WorkCover PI assessment and M.A.P.S panel and is also is a clinical examiner and mortality review officer for R.A.C.S.
