Australian Specialist Hub coordinates independent medicolegal assessments across all states and territories. Our panel includes specialists with direct experience in trauma-informed assessment. We provide assessments to incarcerated examinees and deferred payment arrangements are available.
Assessments are available in person or by secure telehealth, ensuring access for survivors regardless of location or mobility.

Unlike regular doctors, IME physicians do not provide treatment; their role is strictly evaluative.
Yes. All assessments are carried out with the utmost care, professionalism, and confidentiality. Our panel includes practitioners trained in trauma-informed practices who prioritise respectful communication and minimising re-traumatisation during the evaluation process.
They can. Our specialists are experienced in evaluating both recent and historical cases, including matters involving institutional abuse, out-of-home care, or religious organisations.
