How it works
We offer a case consulting service by our legally trained team should you have any questions or queries regarding your referral. We can assist you with the selection of a member of our Expert Medical Panel for your referral. Assessments can be arranged via Face-to-Face, Telehealth and also File Review. Hospital, Home and Correctional Facility visitation can be arranged.

THE EXAMINATION
Everything to know about the examination
Trusted expert medical specialists will conduct all medical assessments in a friendly, supportive and safe environment. The appointment can go for approximately 45 minutes to an hour and sometimes include a physical and psychological examination and an interview.
- A list of medical prescriptions and medication
- X-ray films, CT and MRI, scans and report
- Any of your treating doctor’s reports and specialist’s reports
- Pathology reports
There may be a physical assessment of the injured area of your body and a more generalised examination to evaluate your overall health. Please ensure you discuss this with the specialist if you have any concerns. The specialist may also require you to undress for this assessment partially; however, please be assured that our medical specialists are experienced professionals who conduct examinations with integrity and discretion, and gowns and screens are available for your use. A chaperone may also be present during this examination if you prefer this.
What you need to bring on the day of your assessment can vary significantly depending on the nature of your appointment. Please wear stretchy, loose-fitting clothing that is easy to remove, if needed. It is appropriate to bring the following material to the assessment:
